Diflucan Partnership Program
  • Pfizer providing Diflucan (fluconazole) free of charge to governments and NGOS for HIV/AIDS patients with life-threatening opportunistic infections
  • Program also includes training of health care professionals, patient education, and on-going monitoring and support
  • No time or cost limits

Program Parameters
  • Diflucan donation is for two indications:


  • Cryptococcal meningitis
    • First line treatment of amphotericin B (IV drip in hospital) followed by Diflucan 200mg maintenance therapy

  • Esophageal candidiasis
    • Diflucan 200mg for 14 days
