SUITABLE FOR FRAMING:
Mother Teresa (1910-1997)

Born on August 27, she was an Albanian Roman Catholic nun and missionary to India. The "Saint of the Gutters" provided food, care, education and shelter for the poorest of the poor. She received the 1979 Nobel Peace Prize.

We can do no great things, only small things with great love.

But even God cannot do anything with someone already full. You have to be completely empty to let Him do His will. That's the most beautiful part of God - Being Almighty and yet not forcing Himself on anyone.

I am convinced that it is He and not I. That it is His and not my work. Without Him I could do nothing.

I am like a little pencil in his hand. That is all. He does the thinking. He does the writing. The pencil has nothing to do with it. The pencil has only to be allowed to be used.

What we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop.

God doesn't require us to succeed; He only requires that you try.

Do not wait for leaders; do it alone, person to person.

The fruit of SILENCE is Prayer
The fruit of PRAYER is Faith
The fruit of FAITH is Love
The fruit of LOVE is Service
The fruit of SERVICE is Peace
      GOD bless you.
