The officers and members of the CCIH Board of Directors are shown below from the  2010 – 2011 year back to the very first charter Board in 1992. The initial Board consisted of four officers and three members-at-large. In 2000, an Executive Director was added as a non-voting, ex-officio Board member, and in 2004, the Board was expanded to seven members-at-large. The CCIH membership elects the Board. In most cases, terms are for two years. Where Board members are sponsored by their employers, their organization affiliation is indicated.

At the CCIH Planning Meeting on January 31, 1992, an enabling motion was made as follows: “Full Members present at this meeting act as the Governing Board for purposes of conducting CCIH business until the June 1992 elections.” Full members who were present who met the above criteria and were eligible to vote at the June 1992 meeting were:
