Disaster Response Program Manager 


 

Location: Port au Prince, Haiti

 

Description:  The Disaster Response Program Manager serves as MTI’s
in-country disaster response representative and is responsible for the
management of local relief efforts and rehabilitation programs.  The Manager
provides the primary communications link between HQ and incoming teams, the
local partner, in-country staff, other NGOs, government organizations,
foreign aid agencies, and military groups.

 

Requirements: Current medical professional license/certification with two
years experience and proven ability in the design and management of medical
relief and rehabilitation projects; Overseas experience, successful
assimilation into a foreign culture; Preference will be given to bilingual
candidates; Preference will be given to candidates with medical experience
working in developing nations; Must be willing to relocate to Haiti.
