Laura Parenteau, from City Action Partnership, would like to remind everyone
that the CAT Database, managed by her group, is able to help match supply
needs, availability and services and is feeding information from their
database to Shoreland’s Travax database (and the soon to be launched
Resource Finder) as it comes in. Whenever a source of supplies is
identified, Laura and her team checks their database to see which health
facilities had that item on their ‘needs list’ and then matches up the
supplier and the facility. Needs lists can be sent to Laura Parenteau at
capbham at aol.com or faxed to 1.205.251.9055. She will enter the needs lists
manually into her database.

The CAT database can be found at www.citizencommandcenter.org/quick/start. A
ten minute training session will introduce you to the database and how to
navigate it to find the resources that you need.
