If you have a computer with the capability of handling webcasts, you can  
participate in an all day meeting today which will include remarks by President  
Bush and President Johnson of Liberia and other top level U.S.  Government 
officials and development experts.  The theme of the conference,  which begins 
today at 8:30 am Eastern time, is White House Summit on International 
Development: Sustaining the New Era.  The President of Catholic Relief Services, a CCIH 
member, is one of the panel  participants.
