Abstract This curriculum was initiated by the Roman Catholic Church for its own clergy in three-day workshops, beginning in January 2002. Although the entire curriculum that is written here may not be applicable to all church denominations, each of us can and should find sections that are immediately and directly relevant. Most importantly, the principles of compassion, moral education, and Christian leadership -- on which this curriculum is based -- belong to all of us. So does the central message of these workshops: THE TIME FOR ACTION IS NOW.
