Ebola Virus Disease Care Group Module (2026 Update)

A comprehensive Care Group training curriculum revised by the Impact Global Health Alliance and designed to support community-level Ebola preparedness, prevention, and response. Updated in 2026, the module contains nine participatory lesson plans covering Ebola transmission, prevention behaviors, care seeking, contact tracing, safe burials, survivor reintegration, stigma reduction, and community support for affected families. The curriculum equips Care Group Volunteers, community health workers, and local facilitators with practical tools, stories, activities, and discussion guides to promote protective behaviors and strengthen community resilience during Ebola outbreaks.
