Christian Connections for International Health (CCIH) places a high priority on protecting your privacy. This policy explains what types of information CCIH collects, and how this information is used.
What Personally Identifiable Information is Collected
CCIH members and individuals that sign up to receive our communications voluntarily provide us with their name, email address, and country of residence. We may use this information for specific, limited purposes. All personal information is stored in password-protected databases. You may always “opt out,” and unsubscribe from our email distribution list at any time in the future.
How Your Information May Be Used
We use your personal information to provide you with personalized service; to send emails to you; to answer your requests; to process your membership application or event registration, and other similar actions. You may choose to opt out at any time, which will cease all communications from us.
We use non-identifying information about website visitors to see which pages and features are the most popular so we can better serve our users’ needs. Website traffic data does not identify users individually.
CCIH does not provide, sell, or rent email addresses for our general contact list (or our entire membership list) to anyone outside the organization. There have been rare occasions where we receive requests from a donor, government entity or other similar organization seeking partners in a particular country or fitting a certain profile. We will use our discretion and share email addresses only If we ascertain it to be beneficial to those members.
The CCIH website includes links to external websites. These links do not fall under the www.ccih.org domain, and CCIH is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of external websites. Your use of any linked website is solely at your own risk.
