Religious Leaders Toolkit for COVID-19 Vaccination Uptake in Tanzania

Religious leaders are key influencers on religious matters and other social issues, including health. Religious leaders deliver messages of hope to their congregations and have had positive influence on communities about COVID-19 preventive measures. The Tanzania Ministry of Health acknowledges the position of religious leaders in influencing the community on preventive measures including COVID-19 vaccine uptake and developed this toolkit to enable religious leaders to understand some basic information on the COVID-19 vaccine to increase their awareness and minimize misinformation about the vaccine.
